thank you for writing I just happen to be on now when I recieved it, my son is still doing very well the last time we were there in July he had improved a bit with his near vision which seemed to be the worse. He is 8 yrs old, and his vision has returned to 20/20 with the help of these drops, when we started at Dr Nolan's he was at 20/65 and rapidly getting worse. They seem to have stablized him and is wonderful, he still seems to have trouble with the blind spots and looks around them alot but other than that it has been a life saver and Dr Nolan said he may never go blind with the use of them. I am not sure of the concetration of the drops though.

My son was diagnosed last August with Stargardt's Disease. There is no laser surgery and we were told there is no treatment. The first two dr's we saw told us to learn to live with Low Vision and no central vision. I refused to accept this. I read about Dr. Nolan and his ECHO drops on this forum, FFB and read more info and talked to more patients taking this treatment from the www.mdsupport.org website.

You can email me personally and I will gladly share Lesley's story and I will tell you this. Lesley has been on the ECHO drops since Nov. 03 and is still driving and working as a Cashier and doing VERY GOOD. He starts college in the Fall. The ECHO drops have worked wonderfully for Lesley.

Loretta just went back for a check up. Not only have her eyes continued to be better, but the holes have actually shrunk a little. He said that was normal, but but they would not shrink any more. Both eyes are essentially the same now. When she first went, she used one eye for distance and one for close seeing. The drops have made both eyes the same, primarily for close vision, but she can see distance without glasses, but she uses glasses to drive because glasses improve her distance vision. … We stil think it is a miracle.

After a period of 1-1/2 years we have been able to get a multiple US visa valid for 5 years.
We visited Dr. Nolan in February this year.
We noted some improvements.

My son now can read without the help of glasses
And he is reporting that some time he can see a few words from black board.
This is very good news and we very much excited and happy.
We will again visit for follow-up in the month of June 06.

I COULD NOT SEE ANY OF THE NUMBERS ON THE COLOR CHART AND COULD NOT SEE MUCH ON THE CARD AT ALL THAT HE SHOWED ME WITH LETTERS ON IT . DR NOLAN IS VERY CARING AND A POSITIVE PERSON WHICH ALONE LIFTED MY SPIRIT . IAM NOW VERY HOPEFUL IAM SEEING LITTLE THINGS TODAY LIKE A ONION PEAL THAT SCARED ME HALF TO DEATH AS IT FLEW UP AT ME WHEN I OPEN THE CUPBOARD DOOR AND I SAW THE NEWS MANS GLASSES AND COLOR OF HIS HAIR FROM MY BED AND HIS MOUTH MOVING . As you may have read my daughter who is 14 has been taking the drops for 5 months and it seems to have stabilised. It is not just suggestion on our part or false hope on her part as her regular eye tests and photos are showing an improvement and stabilisation. We cannot as yet prove this is the drops but after being given a diagnosis of being at 6/60(20/200) by Christmas last year because her eyes had deteriorated rapidly in a few short months and being told that she had an extreme case we wanted to at least try something. Her eyes are both now 6/24 and her testing with contrasts has improved. She can read normal books in bed now where a few short months ago this had become impossible.

We have had specialists check the side effects and they have said that with the dosage given it is virtually homeopathic and should not produce any. Also by holding the nose after each dose ensures it doesnt travel throughout the system. We have nothing to lose but to help her keep as much sight as is possible and to keep as many cells alive for when a cure or treatment may become available. We feel very lucky that we caught her condition quickly. We are doing this ourselves with the help of an optom to monthly check to ensure any side effects are picked up immediately.This is not false hope but a desire we all have experienced to try and find something that may help when the medical authorities give no hope once they have done their job of diagnosing. Here in Australia we cannot drive and many jobs will not register us if we have poor vision but this condition leads us on a new and exciting journey and allows us to break down the ignorance of society and achieve what we aspire too. Never say Never!!!

Matt has just had his first month's tests(since being on the drops) on Thursday 26th July and fantastic news- he has gone from 6/38 to 6/24 we are all so excited-
